The exhibition Tastes and Flavours of the Communist Poland is the main event in the 30th Anniversary of the Museum of Caricature celebrations. The times of Communist Poland are viewed with mixed feelings - on one hand they are seen as times of political and social absurdity, on another hand, they are viewed with nostalgia. The present exhibiton covers 45 years of Communist Poland. It is very difficult, mostly impossible to translate the captions and to explain the context to foreign visitors, therefore there is only a small selection of works available in English.
