Studied at the State Higher Art School in Łódź. Worked as satirical artist and graphic designer. Made his debut as caricaturist in 1947 in the weekly Rózgi. Contributed to Mucha, Kocynder, Szpilki, Kaktus, Panorama Północy, Film, Karuzela. Published some of his works abroad (USSR, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia.
