Graduated in Law and Economy at the Poznań University. Cartoonist, book illustrator, animated films author, also worked in advertising. Made his debut as caricaturist in 1932 in Ilustracja Polska. Contributed to Wróble na Dachu, Kocynder, Szpilki, Polska, Świat, Dziennik Zachodni and Express Wieczorny, where he was publishing for several years the series 'Our Mermaid'. Awarded the medal of Batchelor of Smile (Kawaler "Orderu Uśmiechu") in 1985 .
