Graduated from the faculty of Interior Desing at the State Higher Art School in Gdańsk. Works as cartoonist, book illustrator, poster designer. Made his debut as caricaturist in 1953 in Gazeta Zielonogórska. Published his drawings in many magaznes in Poland and abraod. Has had his weekly cartoon in Dziennik Bałtycki entitled "Dzienniczek" (Little Diary) since 1963. Published several volumes of his cartoons, also an album on history of Poland. Awarded several times the Bronze and Silver Pins (brązowe i złote szpilki) and won awards at international competions among others Satyrykon in Legnica, Montreal, Ancona.
