Graduated from the faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw Polytechnic. Works as poster designer, book llustrator, stage designer, animated films author, satirical cartoonist. Made his debut as a student in Szpilki in 1950. Contributed to Szpilki for many years and worked there for some time as an art director. Contributed to many magazines in Poland and abroad, among others: Polityka, Kultura, Polska, Przegląd Kulturalny. In the weekly Świat published well over 500 drawings in the series "Krasnoludki są na świecie" and in the weekly Świerszczyk" for children, published for more than 20 years the series "Co robił nasz Bobik" Received prestigious awards, among others the award of the Ministry of Culture for his achievements in satire, the award of the Chairman of the Ministers' Council, seven times the Szpilki award and awards in many competitions organised by the Museum of Caricature.
