ARTUR GROTTGER
(1837 - 1867)

Started to study art at the age of eleven, as student of Juliusz Kossak in Lvov. Later on, studied in Cracow School of Fine Arts. Continued his artistic studies in Vienna. In his youth produced some caricatures and humoristic drawings.
