Couples dancing 'galopada'(1780 - 1840)
Born in Kurlandia. Painter and caricaturist. Pochodzi³ z Kurlandii. Student of J. Rustem. In 1805-20 worked as adiunkt at the faculty of painting at the Vilnius University. Spend two years in exile in Siberia (he published his satirical drawings in the Diary of Travel to Siberia). Later, he settled in Minsk, Belarous.
